It’s time to clean out your pantry and fill it with the ingredients that will enable you to make healthy meals with things you already have on hand! This is a standalone class that you can take whether you are a current client or just need this one service.
This is a two hour personal Zoom class in which we will:
- Go over what you have in your pantry
- Evaluate the items that aren’t serving you
- Learn tips to help you organize your pantry so you can easily find what you need
- Learn what you need to add to the pantry so that you always have the ingredients on hand to make healthy meals for your family.
Before our class I will send you instructions on how to prepare for our session so we can make the most of your time with me.
