I help people live well despite their diagnoses

People with chronic health concerns are often told they are fine just because certain biomarkers are within the “normal” range. We often feel unheard when we explain that those numbers don’t reflect the way we actually feel. I believe you. I know that numbers don’t tell the whole story.

I don’t have any magic bullets. No miracle pills, no shakes, no magic trick that will make everything go away. Instead, I focus on the areas of your life that are out of balance and devise ways to help you bring them back into harmony. We work on what you want to improve, within the circumstances of your unique situation.

I have lived this life. Many people with the same health concerns that I live with have been led to believe there is no hope, and therefore they have been unable to live their lives to the fullest. Not me, and not you either. You can live beyond your diagnoses.
